SHIPPING <\/span>TIMES, COSTS AND\u00a0 METHODS FOR EUROPE<\/span><\/h1>\n

Dice Lair is an Italian company with a warehouse in Italy. Our shipments outside Italy are made by various couriers, domestic and international.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We only accept and process orders for the following EU countries outside of Italy:<\/strong>
\nAustria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary as well as Republic of San Marino.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To know the exact amount of shipping costs you can put the goods in the cart and see\/make a calculation of the costs from the cart, before finalizing the order, and they are still visible during the process to confirm the order, before the confirmation of the payment.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders received and with payment confirmed before 5:00 p.m. (CET – Central Europe Time) are normally delivered to the courier on the next business day (note that business days do not include weekends and holidays).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that in case you use the bank transfer payment method, the order will be processed only after payment is received (typically 2-3 bank business days).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location, the weight of the order, the size and the amount of the cart to be paid, and are calculated automatically and visible when finalizing the order. For islands and inconvenient locations the courier may require an additional surcharge that is charged to the customer in the calculation of shipping costs that are visible in the cart and\/or when concluding the order.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Packaging costs are always free.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When the goods are shipped, a message will be sent to the customer by e-mail where the courier and the tracking code of the shipment will be indicated.<\/strong><\/p>\n
