In the event of disputes, and without prejudice to the need to report any problems encountered – in the first instance – directly to EXPOLINKER SRL (by e-mail: info@dicelair.com) the consumer user may also avail himself of the possibility of resolving disputes by submitting (in one of the official languages of the EU) an online complaint through the http://ec.europa.eu/odr portal, thus turning (regardless of nationality) to an ADR entity that will help resolve the dispute within 90 days.
All ADR entities on the portal meet the quality requirements set by European legislation and are included in the national lists established by each country.
