Unless otherwise specified, this site processes all credit card, PayPal, and wire transfer payments through external payment service providers. In general, and unless otherwise specified, the customer if necessary is asked to provide payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers.
This site is not involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, he/she will only receive notification from the payment service provider in question about the successful payment.
Credit card transactions are handled securely and reliably through the “Payment Gateway” service of Stripe or  PayPal that are major players in the industry, both nationally and internationally. The standard mode for payments on the Internet provides that, at the time of payment, the customer is redirected from the page of this website to the payment page managed directly by Stripe or PayPal. Stripe or PayPal claim to adhere to high security standards, such as the advanced security protocols HTTPS and TLS, where all data entered and transmitted is encrypted during transitions, and to comply with the new European Union regulations on Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for online card transactions in the European Economic Area (EEA), such as 3D Secure (3DS). For example, the 3D Secure (3DS) protocol, which enhances customer security by introducing a two-factor authentication mechanism when using credit or debit cards for online payments.

PRICE OF PRODUCTS

The prices of all products for sale on this website include VAT and are quoted in euros. Charges even on credit, prepaid and debit cards are quoted in euros. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated in the order) and are indicated and calculated at the end of the purchase process before payment. The total amount charged to the customer will be displayed in the shopping cart and on the order summary/payment page that appears after the completion of each purchase transaction.
